By accessing the Platform or using any of the Services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with az777 governed by these Terms & Conditions. Your acceptance is demonstrated by any of the following acts: (i) creating an Account on the Platform; (ii) clicking "I Agree" or a similar acceptance button during the registration process; (iii) depositing funds into your Wallet; or (iv) placing any bet or wager through the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and references to "you" or "Player" shall include that entity. Az777 does not accept registrations from legal entities for the purpose of placing bets — all gaming accounts must be registered to and operated by a natural person.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with az777 and to access real-money gaming Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

Az777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

Az777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which may include GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). Available payment methods may change from time to time at az777's sole discretion. Az777 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits are credited to your Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Az777 is not responsible for delays arising from technical failures on the part of third-party payment processors. In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be returned to the originating payment source within the timeframe required by the applicable payment provider.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion. Az777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or any other due diligence requirements imposed by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal processing times are typically 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the receiving institution.

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the az777 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

All content on the az777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, game assets, sound effects, animations, and the overall design and architecture of the Platform — is the exclusive property of az777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of az777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, az777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.

In no event shall az777's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Wallet during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit az777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Az777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. Az777 provides a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account Settings. You have rights in respect of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the right to access, correct, and delete your data, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Either party may terminate the Account and the agreement formed under these Terms at any time. You may close your Account by submitting a written request to az777 support. Az777 will process Account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe and will release any withdrawable real-money balance to your verified payment method after completing any outstanding security checks.

Az777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if: (i) you breach any provision of these Terms; (ii) az777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (iii) az777 reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; or (iv) az777 decides to cease providing the Services in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, az777 reserves the right to void all pending withdrawals, retain any Bonus Funds, and forfeit any winnings generated through prohibited activity. Real-money deposits that cannot be shown to be proceeds of prohibited activity will be returned to the player's verified payment source.

Az777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that affect players' rights or obligations, az777 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email or an in-platform notification to registered players.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, az777 encourages players to contact our support team to attempt to resolve disputes informally. Az777 commits to responding to all player complaints within five (5) business days and to acting in good faith to achieve a fair resolution.
